
Please note the following information when submitting your documents via the eCert system.
DOCUMENTATION PROCESS & POSTAGE TIMINGS
We will make every effort to approve your documentation as efficiently as possible; we appreciate your patience. We will make every effort to post out standard applications, received before 12pm, the same day, however occasionally this may not possible. Express applications must be applied for by 2pm and we will do our best to approve it that day. All paperwork must be accurate for these applications to be approved.
ROYAL MAIL
Once your document is posted out to you, we have no control over the length of time that it takes to get to you. We advise that you use Special Delivery, guaranteed by 1pm. However, we are aware that on occasions these documents are delivered late or lost. If it is urgent we recommend that you use a courier, you can book this and email the courier documents to us and we will have it ready for collection. If you have to apply for the document again then you must do this within 7 days of the original document being approved to qualify for a resubmission cost, after this time the full cost of the document will be charged. In either scenario postage will be charged again.
