Change made: If you completed your full import declaration through the Customs Declaration Service, you can now discharge goods with an authorisation by declaration using the Claim back an import security deposit or guarantee online service.

EU Import Control System (ICS2)
The EU is enforcing new ICS2 rules from 1 September 2025. All rail and road carriers must submit an Entry Summary Declaration (ENS) before goods arrive.
