Swiss Customs has specific requirements for Carnet holders transporting event setup equipment or displays. To ensure a smooth journey, you must be prepared to provide evidence that:
• The goods are used by the Holder/UK company.
• The booths or stands are not being rented out to local companies participating in the event.
Swiss Customs will only allow goods in under the Carnet if these conditions are met. To avoid delays, we recommend that you:

• Draft a cover letter outlining these points to present at customs if needed.
